  • Ahhh Juliana, another great post! I totally agree – I used to have CFS/ME pretty badly- I had a walking stick and couldn’t work more than a few hours a day.
    As well as having an alternative treatment, I began meditating. It made such a difference for me really quickly.
    Like you suggested, I started by doing a daily guided meditation that involved going to a beach, a forest, seeing Dolphins. Then, when I managed to get a new full-time job again, I had a relaxation app on my phone so would make sure I went outside, sat on a bench and meditated about 5 mins on my lunch break. It was great!

    I’ve become a bit more lax recently, but I’m starting it back up by just doing breathing exercises. It’s lovely not to feel the amount of stress anymore. Xxx
