Don’t be afraid to bling up your outfit for the upcoming spring and summer. Milan fashion week was all about embellished pieces, that basically transform you into a walking embellishment. This trend will make you stand out and is great for special events, as well as casual days. Who said I couldn’t wear diamonds on a Wednesday?

This trend is daring, high fashion and incredibly gorgeous. Marchesa’s S/S 2016 collection is so elegant, and it is guaranteed that we will see some of these gown designs on the red carpet early next year. Very similar to For Love and Lemons sheer gown designs, the Marchesa collection blew me away.

Louis Vuitton’s S/S 2016 collection was punk-inspired, raw and all about leather and blacks. The collection reminded me of simplified Japanese lolita/gothic fashion, especially because of the false under-eyelashes the female models wore during the show, which are so popular in Japan.

Off-shoulder shirt and dresses are everywhere, and so they will be on the S/S 2016 runway. The same goes for one-shoulder dresses – a major upcoming trend. I love these trend for everyday fashion, making just about any office or school outfit chic with this elegant neckline.

As of street style during the fashion weeks, a lot of bottomed-down off-shoulder shirts were also seen. This trend can easily be copied by restyling an old men’s shirt into an off-shoulder shirt dress. Imagine the DIY possibilities with a pair of scissors and a great vision.

4. Skinny Scarfie

Skinny scarfs are the must-have accessory for the upcoming season. Some may call this the most affordable fashion trend that we have seen at fashion week. Lots of fashion influencers were seen rocking this accessory on the streets of New York and London while running to catch their next show.

Skinny scarfs are great to match with the rest of your outfit, making your look appear extremely well put together. Go for a black skinny scarf for a casual everyday look, and go all “matchy-matchy” when going out. You can never go wrong with a skinny scarf.

Which of these trends is your favorite? Let me know!
